Get ready for a class that gets your whole body moving from the comfort of your own home! We’ll be doing balance moves, some light cardio, and strengthening exercises to tone your arms and legs.

This class is for adults wanting to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Post-rehab patients wanting to improve balance and overall mobility may find the class helpful, as well. A chair or nearby wall to lean on is needed, as is water and light-to-medium weights (dumbbells, water bottles, or cans).
