will introduce “Everyone Can Garden” and guide you through
choosing the right plants and some sun and shade plans so
your garden can flourish. Beginners and veteran gardeners

alike will love this easy way to have a garden in a day!

Diana K. Weiner is the Horticulture Program Manager for Sullivan Renaissance, a beautification and community development program principally funded by the Gerry Foundation. The program provides communities in Sullivan County, NY with seed money for beautification projects. She currently is a judge for America in Bloom, a national and international beautification program.
Diana is an agronomist. For 16+ years she served as the Community Horticulture Educator and Master Gardener Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange County, NY. She then joined the staff of Mohonk Mountain House as Superintendent of Parks and Grounds. She enjoys lecturing and consulting about all aspects of gardening.
Diana is a member of the Garden Writers Association, The International Plant Propagators Society, the Perennial Plant Association and the American Horticultural Society. She currently sits on the program committee of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County program, is a Trustee for the Time and the Valley Museum Board in Grahamsville, NY and on the Board of America in Bloom. She enjoys gardening, cooking and baking, antiquing and hiking.
She and her husband John W. Story live in Neversink, NY and own Story’s Neversink Plant Company, specializing in rare succulents and interesting plants.
